Business Development and HR Officer

Key Result Areas

1. Identifying Opportunities: Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and also evaluate potential partnerships or collaborations.

2. Strategic Planning: Identify key areas for growth and expansion. Work closely with senior management to define goals, strategies, and action plans to drive business growth.

3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders. Attend events to promote the organization’s products or services.

4. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, bids, or tenders to secure new business opportunities.

5. Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions for clients.

7. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conflicts, or grievances by providing guidance, mediating disputes, and promoting a positive work environment.

8. Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.

9. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs.

10. Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance to managers and employees to enhance performance, identify development opportunities, and address underperformance.

Requirements

  • A degree in any field
  • 2 years of working experience
  • Good sales skills are an added advantage
  • Flexible and open-minded
  • Good communication skills with high integrity
